Storyline Mom (2024)

Set in a small suburban town, "Mom" follows the story of Lucy, a single mother struggling to balance her career as a nurse with raising her teenage daughter, Sarah. Despite her best efforts, Lucy constantly feels overwhelmed and guilty for not being able to spend more time with Sarah, who is starting to rebel and act out.

One day, Lucy's life is turned upside down when she discovers she has been diagnosed with a serious illness. Faced with the possibility of not being able to see her daughter grow up, Lucy is determined to make the most of the time she has left.

As Lucy's health deteriorates, she begins to have heartfelt conversations with Sarah, opening up about her own past struggles and the sacrifices she made to provide for her daughter.
